• She was awarded the title Associate Professor of Neonatology in 2017.
  
• In 2014, she was an observer at the University of Iowa Children's Hospital, NICU, USA.
• She was granted the Turkish Neonatology Association's International Education Scholarship Award and was entitled to work as an observer at Chelsae and West Minister Hospital, NICU, England in 2017.

• She has been involved in a smartphone application developed for health care for newborn babies, the TND Mobil application.
• Member of the Turkish Neonatology Association, Society of Pediatrics Speciality Academy, and Cyprus Turkish Medical Association.
