Smoking cessation takes a commitment. The journey to quitting cigarettes starts with you and this journey may be longer for some than others. With some support, we have confidence you can make this change.
Initial and follow-up visits
At your initial visit we will get acquainted, understand your relationship to tobacco and your readiness to quit. We will work with you to develop a personalized approach to smoking cessation.
Ready to QUIT !
If you're ready to quit – together we will decide on the best approach based on your history of tobacco use, prior quit attempts, and your medical history. You will set a quit date and treatment will be started.
Once treatment has started, we will set up a structure for you to follow-up to optimize success. At your follow-up visits we are checking on your progress, any side effects, and adjusting treatment as needed.
Not Ready to QUIT !
If you're not yet ready to quit – we will work with you to help you get closer to quitting.
Follow-up visits can be arranged for additional coaching and education. These sessions will focus on supporting your progress towards a readiness for change.
